Carla Conlin is an Australian curve model, actress, influencer and arts educator. She brings her passion for body positivity into all areas of her work. She has modeled with American queen of burlesque, Dita Von Teese, toured Australia performing a number of successful cabaret shows and won the title of Miss VavaVoom Pinup Australia. She also has an extensive background in dance and theatre and has spent almost 10 years teaching Dance & Drama in high schools and primary schools across in South Australia and Victoria.


Represented by industry groundbreakers and curve model specialists Bella Management, Carla continues to model for brands that embrace size diversity and positive body image. She believes in promoting body diversity and plays an active role in moving us towards a more diverse representation of beauty in society.


Carla also works as a producer. Touring and presenting shows at Australia’s biggest Arts festivals. She most recently produced and hosted Eurowision for it’s 6th highly successful season at the Adelaide Fringe and presented Where’s My Pony and Other Stories of Betrayal for it’s debut Melbourne season.


As well as producing her own work Carla has been a guest artist at the world renowned Adelaide Cabaret Festival singing with New York cabaret star Mark Nadler. She has also worked in acting roles in GFO productions The Sound Of Music and Opera Australia’s The Ring Cycle.


She has a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Film Studies from Flinders University, A Diploma of Performing Arts from the Sheila Laing Academy and a Bachelor of Education from the University of South Australia
